• LA DÉCLARATION DES DROITS ET LIBERTÉS EN MATIÈRE DE SANTÉ ATTESTE:

  1. Le droit à l’absence de mandat médical: Il devrait être illégal d’imposer un protocole médical, un médicament expérimental, une médication, une procédure médicale, un appareil, un agent biologique, une toxine, de l’exposition à de la radiation, ou un traitement médical, et ce, en toute circonstance.
  2. Le droit à la non-discrimination: Il devrait être illégal de discriminer contre une personne selon ses décisions médicales ou de soins de santé.
  3. Le droit à un consentement éclairé sans interférence: Les médecins violent le droit au consentement éclairé lorsqu’ils ne révèlent pas au patient des informations qui lui permettraient de faire un choix bien informé concernant un traitement. Les médecins devraient  suivre le vieil adage : ‘tout d’abord, ne pas nuire’.  Il devrait être prohibé aux hôpitaux et aux médecins d’utiliser la coercition, la peur, ou un moyen quelconque de rémunération ou de récompense pour inciter un patient à recevoir un traitement médical.  Les médecins, hôpitaux, institutions et compagnies qui violent le droit au consentement éclairé devraient être sujets à des poursuites judiciaires criminelles et civiles.
  4. Le droit à des soins médicaux individualisés: Il devrait être interdit aux hôpitaux de refuser déraisonnablement des traitements légaux.
  5. Le droit d’exclure des tiers de nos soins médicaux: Nous devrions protéger nos droits à des  soins de santé, de toute exigence venant de l’Organisation mondiale de la santé  ou de toute autre organisation internationale.
  6. Le droit de recevoir des soins médicaux indépendamment du statut vaccinal: Aucune compagnie pharmaceutique ou institution médicale ne devrait pouvoir exiger un statut vaccinal ou médical comme condition d’accès à l’admission, aux traitements, ou droit à la thérapie ou intervention.
  7. Le droit de circuler librement: Les passeports santé ou passeports vaccinaux devraient être prohibés. Le droit de se déplacer ne devrait pas être restreint selon un statut médical.
  8. Le droit à un défenseur médical de notre choix: Le patient devrait avoir le droit de choisir un défenseur médical  (de l’anglais medical advocate), le droit de recevoir des visites de ce défenseur, de membres de sa famille, et de son médecin de famille si et quand il est admis à un hôpital.  Une personne mineure, âgée ou invalide ou un patient ayant des besoins spéciaux devrait avoir le droit d’être accompagné par un parent ou gardien pour la durée de son séjour.  Si le patient désire quitter l’hôpital  contrairement aux recommandations médicales, ou si leur défenseur ou porte-parole, ou une procuration de soins de santé en fait la requête, le patient devrait recevoir l’autorisation de quitter l’hôpital immédiatement ou être transféré à un autre établissiment, selon son choix.
  9. Le droit à des protections contre les quarantaines illégales: Il n’est pas légal de forcer un citoyen, quel qui soit, à faire une quarantaine sans d’abord suivre la procédure légale établie.

  The World Health Organization (WHO) AND the United Nations (U.N.) are in the midst of attempting an unprecedented global takeover of public health that will change our future if we do not join together and stop them.

  Right now, the WHO is amending the International Health Regulations (IHR) and drafting a “Pandemic Treaty” titled WHO CA+. These documents create the legal framework for the WHO to declare public health emergencies at will and then manage global public health in response.

  It also gives the WHO authority over pandemic preparedness, which includes extensive surveillance of people and animals to identify outbreaks early and allows the WHO to act as the single authority for infectious disease mitigation, prevention and treatment protocols for anything they deem a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC).

  In other words, the WHO Director-General would become the world’s “medical czar,” anointed with complete control of the public health response worldwide, allowing him to create the narrative and censor all opposing viewpoints.

  Simultaneous actions by the U.N. are underway, with it recently announcing it is seeking the power to manage global emergencies.
